Boneless Beef - 1kg Marination: Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp Chilly powder- 1-1.5 tsp Salt Other ingredients: Potato- Half kg Onion (chopped into small pieces)- Half kg Ginger (crushed)- 1 1/4 tsp Green chilly (crushed) - 6-8nos Curry leaves - finely chopped Coriander leaves - finely chopped Garam Masala (All spice powder) -1/2 tsp Egg whites- 4 Corn flour - a pinch Pepper powder Bread crumbs Oil- 2-3 tbsp for beef mixture and more for deep frying Salt Preparation: 1.Marinate the beef with the ingredients listed under marination. Pressure cook till the beef is done. Shred the beef and keep aside 2.Mashed potato. Add salt and cook the potatoes until tender. Mash it well and Keep aside. 3.Bread crumbs: Tear the bread into pieces and add it into a food processor. Pulse until you have very fine bread crumbs. 4. Egg mix: Seperate the egg whites. Add a pinch of corn flour, salt and pepper. Combine them well. Process: Heat oil in a pan & add onion. Add salt and cook until translucent. Add the crushed green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Mix for 2 mins. Now add the cooked beef. Mix them well and add garam masala ( all spice powder) and stir it well for 3-5mins. Add coriander leaves and a tsp of prepared bread crumbs. Mix it well and turn of the heat. Add the mashed potatoes and combine them well. Make small balls with the beef mixture and roll into desired shapes. Now dip each cutlet in the egg mixture and coat them well with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with ketchup. #food #india #indianfood #desifood #UK
