http://www.VigorGroundFitness.com Another daily morning routine or warm up routine that will get you feeling and moving better. ⠀⠀ The key 🔑 is doing these movements with intention and controlling the ranges, as well as being consistent with it. ⠀⠀ I can’t tell you how many times I hear people only doing them “here and there” and it’s not enough to counter the amount of sitting at work, in a car, or being in crappy positions throughout the day. ⠀⠀ When I challenge people to do these 90% of the days in the next 30 days and they get it (or get close), they say they’ve never felt better. ⠀⠀ Obviously there’s more to mobility and movement (teaser: which is why I’ve been asked to write a book on it by a major publisher in 2020....more to come on this). ⠀⠀ So, the challenge is to do it the next 25 out of 30 days (a lil more than 80% of the time) of a movement routine, could be this one or something else.
