LEE MIN HO SAYS GOODBYE TO US ON THE LAST NIGHT OF PACHINKO FILMING in VANCOUVER ( BTS ) | FANCAM

PART 2: The story of all the unimaginable things I went through to see LMH After seeing LMH in person the first time, and what I thought would be the first and last time, I did not stop there. He made me feel so moved, speechless and left me longing for more. Talk about being star struck! I continued going to the set everyday with my daughter and missed only 2 days because the location was too far. I don’t drive so we took public transportation and travelled 1.5 hours each way. We stayed at the set between 6 to 14 hours daily thus getting little sleep every night. I refused to go to the toilet when I felt the urge and skipped some meals in case LMH walked by or came out of the set or his trailer. Rain or shine, we were there, and didn’t mind even if we got wet from the pouring rain. There were times when crews told us we couldn’t be there so we hid behind bushes and tried to be as quiet as possible without getting caught. We even managed to roam through a dark and creepy forest late at night hoping to see a sight of him. I bought a second phone for better zoom capability. I did poses that were unthinkable just so I could capture better photos and videos even though every shot only lasted a couple of seconds; i.e. there was one time when I was the only one down on the ground in a half split pose, which probably caught LMH’s attention because when he stepped out of his trailer, he was looking only at me and gave a quirky smile. I’m almost sure he was probably surprised at the way I looked (see proof 04:39). This was the one photo that made a trend on SNS and a lot of people used it and removed my watermarks (see my remark on the last paragraph). Then came the absolute highlight of this experience – the last day of filming on April 10. The set was in the middle of nowhere at a farm and there were probably about 15 of us who showed up. It was late at night but we said we would not leave and go home without seeing LMH one last time. It was freezing cold at 8° C and we all braved the temperature regardless of whether we were dressed appropriately or not. We waited patiently for several hours until 2:30am. And finally, we caught a glimpse of LMH’s van driving by and thought ‘Awwww that’s his van, he’s leaving’. BUT all of a sudden and to our surprise, we suddenly saw a tall person walking towards us. OH MY GOSH!!! It was Lee Min Ho himself!!! It appeared that he had just finished filming as he still had his kimono costume on and his face was still stained with fake blood but this time, he did not wear a facemask or a face shield. Somehow I felt like he purposely did that so we could see him up close without any covering on his face and let his fans capture this moment perfectly. He walked towards us, he smiled and he pointed at his watch and said in Korean, ‘It’s late, go home,’ and SLOWLY waved goodbye and left. Everyone could not contain their excitement – we hugged, we jumped, we screamed, we laughed, we cried, we just could not believe that LMH would go out of his way to do that, such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. It’s obvious he loves his fans a lot! He made me feel so high! And so I thought that was the end – I said to myself, ‘He’s done filming, he’s leaving, he’s going back to Korea, I won’t see him anymore, I won’t have to wake up early every morning to go to the set’. But, there was still that itchy feeling, that lingering sensation knowing he was still in Canada, and I just couldn’t stop looking for him. I went to the airport on April 18, assuming he would probably be flying out that day and found other fans also waiting at the airport. Wow! I guess we all had separation anxiety from LMH at that point because we still wanted to see him again ONE LAST TIME. I printed a photo collage of some shots I took of him from the set and saved all photos and videos I captured into a USB flash drive. I told my daughter to hand these items to him while I captured the moment. She approached him and gave him the items that he openly accepted. He looked at the photo for a second AND immediately put both the photo and USB inside his bag (18:05)! I could not believe he just did that while the other gifts he received were passed on to his manager, whom we called Ahjussi. I was thrilled and my heart was full, I cannot express how I felt after witnessing him doing that. I love him even more now and will forever fangirl over him. One last thing I want to say is on top of seeing LMH in person; the other best thing that came out of this whole experience is meeting new people and gaining new friends, all because of LMH. Lastly, I would like to add that now that I’ve told my story and shared my experience and the struggles I encountered, I respectfully request that anyone who wishes to use or repost my photos and videos, PLEASE do not remove any of my watermarks or claim it as his/her own and please give me proper credits. Thank you. #leeminho #leeminhofilm #pachinko #pachinko_leeminho_hansu #kdrama
