Shahi paneer is one of the best Paneer Recipes. just cook this quick paneer recipe and serve with roti, paratha, kulcha, naan etc. Ingredients of Shahi Paneer: 1. Paneer (250 gm). 2. Onion paste (2 medium sizes). 3. Ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp). 4. Garam masala. 5. Bay leaves. 6. 1 dry red chilli. 7. Tomato paste (1 big size). 8. Cumin powder (¼ tsp). 9. Turmeric powder (¼ tsp). 10. Kashmiri red chilli powder (½ tsp). 11. Salt (as per your taste). 12. Sugar (as per your taste). 13. Refined oil (4 tbsp). 14. Ghee (1 tbsp). 15. Plain yogurt (3 tbsp). 16. Fresh cream (2 tbsp). 17. Cashew nuts paste (15 pc). 18. Garam masala powder (½ tsp). 19. Milk (1 cup). Metghods of how to make Shahi Paneer: 1. Add 4 tbsp refined oil in hot pan. 2. Fry the paneer pcs. Keep aside. 3. Now add 1 tbsp ghee. 4. Add 2 bay leaves, 1 dry red chilli and garam masala. Fry for 15 sec. 5. Add onion paste. Fry till become golden brown. 6. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry it for 2 min in medium flame. 7. Add tomato paste. Fry for 1 min medium flame. 8. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp kashmiri red mirch powder, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp sugar. Mixed it well. 9. Add cashew nuts paste. Fry it for 1 min in high flame. 10. Add 3 tbsp plain yogurt. Mixed it well. Cook for 1 min in high flame. 11. Add ¼ tsp garam masala powdr and fried paneer. Cook for 1 min in high flame. 12. Add 1 cup warm milk and ½ cup water. When boiling cover it for 5 min in medium flame. 13. After 5 min add 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mixed it well. 14. Now taste it. Add more salt or sugar as per your taste. 15. Add ¼ tsp garam masala powder. Cook for 1 or 2 min in high flame. 16. Put off gas oven. Shahi Paneer is ready to serve.
