RAID Log In Project Management | Tips For Project Management

RAID log in Project Management. Tips for Project Management. As a Project Manager, you have to be organized and ensure follow-up with several key things: Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID). Creating a team RAID Log, sometimes referred to as IRAD, will ensure your team remains aligned and focused. This also helps with managing your project team and ensuring a culture of accountability. Get your team in a cadence that ensures project success! In this video we look at how to create a simple and effective four-tab RAID Log using Excel. You can also use Google Docs or Smartsheet to create a RAID log and store it in a location that all team members have access to! Project Managers should have a standing agenda item in team meetings to review the RAID Log and then continue to update it with new items throughout the meeting. Comment below with your questions and Project Management related video requests!
