It features the traditional balloon frame construction from that era using Oak studs over 25 feet long. It was an attorney's office in the 1950s and then used as a personal residence up until the late 1990s. It was purchased by John Hill construction in 2001 and then renovated. During the renovation the crew found artifacts inside the walls which included a receipt from the 1800s, an envelope addressed to John O'Bannon who was one of the original surveyors of the area, a box of marbles, an attorney's law book and a bottle of wine from the 1950s.
