Loveland Art Studios on Main, former West Loveland, School

A school was built at this location in 1888 and then totally remodeled in 1925. Portions of the old school can still be detected throughout the current building including the original stone foundation down below. This was known as the "Eastside School" and was used as such until 1942. In 1949 the Clifton Shirt Factory bought the building and began producing shirts for the military and police departments around the nation. In 2002 the company went out of business and the building was then turned into art studios which it is used for to this day.
