Section cutting is the primary experiments for those students, they learn how to cut or prepare the section of any given plant part, and study their morphological and microscopic characters. We always try to upload useful videos for pharmacy students so that they may easily learn the practices related to various subjects. In this video, we have tried to explain and demonstrate the process of- "How to perform the section cutting of clove" we have taken a clove which was dipped in water for overnight, or boiled at normal temperature for about 30 minutes so that that clove may become soft and then it will be easy in cutting. after dipping the clove select 2-3 good piece of clove and place it on the watch glass.
