Please kindly use double distilled water for extraction to get good yield and quality of nanoparticles 4.While preparing leaves extract, temperature should be 60-70 degree C. Should not exceed more than70 deg. This is because, some of the phytochemicals are thermolabile (Decomposes), that will reflect in green synthesis. 5. The prepared extract always stored in 8 to 10 degree C
