Hey Everyone! First and foremost, please do not worry -- my "vlog" style videos will not get in the way of my usual guitar gear content. I just figured this would be a fun kind of video to make and post on occasion. That said, this is video is a bit of a behind-the-channel look into my guitar-obsessed life. I am an archtop nut, and I have wanted an old Gibson archtop with original P-90's for quite some time. Coincidentally, just prior to this Austin, TX trip, I had sold quite a few of my guitars in an effort to buy a different archtop that was sold before I could get to it. Then, this near-pristine 1951 Gibson ES-5 fell into my lap, and you all saw the rest!
