I like homemade bread because we know what exactly we have put inside; and when the bread comes out fresh and hot, it's really the best! Since the rosemary in the garden is growing well, let's cut some and make focaccia with fresh rosemary. I am not good at making bread so I don't show all the messy steps that I have done. But I still like to make homemade bread for my family from time to time. I reduced the salt to control the sodium intake, so as to make it toddler friendly. My whole family is fine with it. If you do think that this recipe is not salty enough, you can always add more salt when serving. It can be kept in the fridge and microwave when you want. It still tastes good like this. Since it took long to get the bread done so I did not get enough light late in the day, which impacted the image quality. I should consider additional lighting for indoor. 2. The auto focus sometimes frustrates me. From next video, I will practice using manual focus. 3. To film cooking procedure, I still need to improve how to make better footage in many ways, e.g. angles, light, utensils, etc.. 4. I shortened the lengthen of the original embedded subtitle bar. Hope to be in line with the one with YouTube.
