Ingredients: • Fish • Rice, washed and soaked in water • Onion slices • Fresh tomatoes • Tomato sauce • Garlic and ginger paste • Parsley • Yogurt • Whole spices • Saffron soaked in water • Lemon juice • Oil • Fish spices • Mixed spices • Black pepper • Cumin • Turmeric • Cardamom • Salt Cooking Method: • Add fish spices. • Add turmeric. • Add black pepper. • Add salt. • Add garlic and ginger paste. • Add lemon juice. • Mix the ingredients well • Coat the fish thoroughly with the mixture. • Let it marinate for half an hour to blend the flavors. • Fry the fish in medium heat oil until it is cooked through. • The fish is ready • Preparing the Rice: • Add the whole spices to the water. • Bring the water to a good boil • Add the rice • Add salt • Cook the rice until it is half-cooked • Drain the rice and set it aside • Preparing the Biryani: • Heat oil in a pot • Add the onions and fry until they darken in color • Add the garlic and ginger paste, and sauté until fragrant • Add the fresh tomatoes and stir them into the mixture • Add the mixed spices • Add cumin • Add cardamom • Add turmeric • Add salt. • Add the tomato sauce. • Mix the ingredients well • Let the mixture simmer on low heat until it blends together • Add the parsley • Add the yogurt • Mix the ingredients well • Let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes • The sauce is ready • Place half of the cooked rice in a separate pot • Pour the sauce over the rice, then cover it with the remaining rice • Add parsley • Drizzle the soaked saffron on top • Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes • The dish is ready.
