[Animation-A-Day: 003] Day 3, could it be? Am I going to rhyme every time? Yes. 😎 One aspect of this challenge I was excited about is the potential to encapsulate an event in time, like a time capsule. I can look back and remember what happened on that specific day of the year. As far as I know, today is not a major calendar event, but I do know that today is Spay Day. About 10 months ago, I rescued two kitten sisters that were abandoned in a Home Depot parking lot. It broke my heart to discover that they were left alone without their parents or a home, ironic considering the location. I had to take them in, keep them safe, and shower them with love. They have now become the obsession of my life, and subsequently, my mental health has greatly improved this year. I don’t know where I would be without them, but now, I am. I dropped them off at the Oakland SPCA to get spayed this morning. I am so nervous for them, and can’t help but worry, a personal problem. However, to alleviate some stress, I wanted to make this animation cat-themed.
