Soft-Spoken: Simple & Tasty Autumn Soup Recipe (Make it tonight!)

Hi friends! This is one of my favorite soups to make. It is so easy and delicious! Hungarian Cream of Green Soup 2 strips of bacon 3-14.5 ounce cans of green beans (drained) 3- 14.5 ounce cans of diced potatoes (drained) 2 cups chicken stock 2 TBS butter Salt, Pepper, Dill and Spike seasoning to taste. In a large pot, cook bacon lightly.Add drained beans and potatoes to the pot. Add chicken stock. Cook for 20 minutes. Strain and reserve liquid from vegetables. Put cooked beans, potatoes and bacon in a blender and add 1/2 cup cooking liquid back in. Blend until smooth, adding extra cooking liquid if necessary. (don't add too much or your soup will be thin.) After puree is complete, add soup back to stock pot and keep on low heat until ready to eat. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a squirt of lemon juice. Delicious! xoxo, Lindy
