Recipe: Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts Brine: 2-4 cups of cold water 2 tablespoons of table salt Seasoning: 1 Teaspoon Table Salt 1-3 Teaspoons of MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) 2 Teaspoons of Paprika 2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1 Teaspoon Powder Sugar Egg Wash: 2 Large Eggs 1 Cup Nonfat Milk Breading: 1.5 Cups of Self Rising Flour 2 Tablespoons of Nonfat Powdered Milk 1 Teaspoon of Powdered Sugar 1 Tablespoon of Seasoning from Above. Fryer Oil: 100% Fully Refined Peanut Oil Temperature: 335-340 degree Fahrenheit Buns: I used Brioche, but plain buns will work.
