Instagram: @_MrMakeItHappen_ Twitter: @MrMake1tHappen TikTok: @MrMakeItHappenCooks Website: https://www.mihmedia.com​​​ Blog: https://www.mrmakeithappen.blog​​​ Purchase Merch here - https://www.bonfire.com/make-it-happen Music By: Website: www.MarcDBeats.com Soundcloud: www.soundcloud.com/urkeljuice Shopping List: 2 8oz boneless skinless chicken breasts brioche buns lettuce/tomato/dill pickles 1 cup dill pickle juice 1 quart buttermilk hot sauce/salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder/cayenne pepper cajun seasoning 2-3 tbsps powdered sugar (for flour) 2 cups flour celery salt/cayenne pepper/garlic/onion powder/cajun seasoning (for flour) Peanut oil (for frying) Pepperjack Cheese Chic-Fil-A Sauce: 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsps yellow mustard 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp lemon juice season to taste Directions: Mix together the pickle juice, buttermilk, hot sauce, and seasoning. Butterfly chicken breast and then soak in brine for 45 minutes up to 4 hours. Mix your flour with powdered sugar and season to taste. Coat chicken generously in flour mixture - and then place on a baking sheet or wire rack to rest for 10-15 minutes before frying. Get oil up to 350 degrees and fry chicken in batches (don't overcrowd the fryer) for about 6-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temp. Place chicken on wire rack (top with cheese to melt) to drain and toast your brioche buns with butter. Make Chic-Fil-A sauce ahead of time and garnish sandwich with your favorite toppings.
