It is very delicious recipe with Gati Kochu and Chingri Mach. So just learn how to make and must try at home. Ingredients of Gathi Kochu Chingri Macher Dalna: 1. Boiled gathi kochu / Taro root (300gm). 2. Chingri mach/ Prawn (200gm). 3. Potatoes (2 medium sizes). 4. Chopped onion (2 medium sizes). 5. Sliced tomato (2 medium sizes). 6. Ginger paste (2 tsp). 7. Green chilli paste (4 no). 8. Cumin seeds (¼ tsp). 9. 1 Bay leaf. 10. Turmeric powder (1 tsp). 11. Cumin powder (1 tsp). 12. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp). 13. Garam masala powder (½ tsp). 14. Salt (as per your taste). 15. Sugar (as per your taste). 16. Mustard oil. Methods of how to make Gathi Kochu Diye Chingri Macher Dalna: 1. Marinate the Prawns with ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Keep it for 5 min. 2. Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it. 3. Fry the prawns very well. 4. Next fry the potatoes very well. 5. Fry the boiled taro root also. 6. After this add ¼ tsp cumin seeds, and 1 bay leaf. Fry for 10 sec. 7. Add chopped onion. Fry till become golden brown. 8. Add sliced tomato. Fry for 1 min in medium flame. 9. Add 2 tsp ginger paste, green chilli paste. Fry for 1 min in medium flame. 10. Add 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp sugar. Mixed it well. 11. Add 2 tbsp water. Now cook in high flame for 2 min. 12. Add fried potatoes, taro root, prawns. Cook in high flame for 1 min. 13. Add 2 cup water. When boiling cover the lid for 10 min in medium flame. 14. After 10 min taste it. Add ½ tsp garam masala powder. 15. Put off gas oven. Cover the lid for 5 min. 16. Serve hot gathi kochu ar chingri macher dalna with hot steamed rice, roti, and paratha.
