Hi everyone!! I hope you enjoy the video and the recipes shown today! I am currently HOUSING the vegan ranch dressing and lovvvvving it! lol. In this video, I make three healthy, yummy, and vegan salad dressings. These dressings have good nutrition and low calories, so for those of you looking to indulge while meeting certain dietary goals, this video is for you! If you make these recipes please let me know how they turn out! Vegan Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing: INGREDIENTS: - 1 block of extra firm tofu (14 oz) - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp hemp seeds - 2 tbsp unsweetened plain vegan milk - 3 tbsp dijon mustard - 1 tsp agave - 5 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp garlic salt RECIPE: Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until a smooth consistency! Stores in an airtight container for about 5 days. May separate a little, just mix it around before serving. NUTRITION (for roughly 1/4 cup): Calories: 92 Carbs: 5 g Fat: 5 g Protein: 6.5 g Vegan Caesar Dressing: INGREDIENTS: - 1 block of extra firm tofu (14 oz) - 2 tbsp hemp seeds - 2 tbsp unsweetened plain vegan milk - 3 tbsp dijon mustard - 3 tbsp caper brine - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast - 5 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp black pepper - 2 tbsp capers RECIPE: Put all the ingredients (except the capers) in the blender and mix until a smooth consistency! Then add the capers and blend for just a little bit (~5-10 seconds) and then pulse a few times (just try not to pulverize the capers!). Stores in an airtight container for about 5 days. May separate a little, just mix it around before serving. NUTRITION (for roughly 1/4 cup): Calories: 87 Carbs: 3 g Fat: 11 g Protein: 3.6 g Vegan Herby Ranch Dressing: INGREDIENTS: - 1 block of extra firm tofu (14 oz) - 2 tbsp hemp seeds - 6 tbsp unsweetened plain vegan milk - 2 tbsp chives or green onions - 1/4 cup parsley - 1/4 tsp onion - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 2 tbsp dill - 5 tbsp lemon juice - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp garlic salt - 1.5 tbsp white vinegar RECIPE: Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until a smooth consistency! Stores in an airtight container for about 5 days. May separate a little, just mix it around before serving.
