In this tutorial, we’re discussing PURVOTTANASANA / EAST SIDE STRETCH from Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series. You’ll learn how to transition into and out of this pose with the traditional vinyasa cues and Sanskrit counts as well as some of the mistakes we see that make this pose more difficult than it needs to be!
