The bells of St Mary, Dunsford, Devon

The bells of Dunsford are a superb example of a modern Whitechapel six, I think they are exceptional tonally and with new ropes it has really changed them, the bells are much more responsive. They sound good both inside and out and were cast in 1978, the Tenor weighing 12-3-16 in G. This recording is of the Shaugh Prior band who rang at the annual Dunsford competition on Saturday 30th July 2022, the first time it has been rung for since 2018. Ringers from Treble to Tenor - Nick Trout, Natasha Trout, Angie Trout, David Crocker, Ryan Trout and Roger Trout.
