Restaurant Style Salsa 8 medium size tomatoes- quartered or use can use a 28 oz. can Whole Tomatoes With Juices 7 oz. can of Green Chilies with juices(optional) 1/4 cup Chopped Onion 1 to 2 cloves of Garlic 1 whole Jalapeno, with seeds and ribs removed Salt&Pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 cup Cilantro (more To Taste!) 1/2 whole Lime Juiced Put everything in a food processor and keep pulsing till the consistency you like, chunky or smooth and fine. Store in a airtight container in the fridge, will keep for a week in fridge. I like to make mine the night before ,and chill in i n the fridge overnight before serving. Thank you loyal subscribers.
