Lexi the pomeranian, having a seizure

This is my dog Lexi having a seizure. She is a 6 pound pomeranian. A healthy happy dog. Her first seizure was more like a small, minor muscle spasm. I didn't think anything of it. It lasted a few minutes and then she was back to being super active and running around within five seconds of it ending. The next happened a few months later. I've documented several of her seizures, had her blood work run, and all is normal. She does not go into grand mal (foaming, loss of bowel control, loss of consciousness/eye contact), so medication at this point is too much for her (side effects would be worse than the effects of her seizure). We still don't know the cause but we have eliminated rosemary extract from her diet as I do think there is something (or multiple things) related to diet that end up triggering these. We have one seizure now every 2-4 months and the older she gets, the earlier I can tell she is "off." The seizures last 3-5 minutes each and after each episode she bounces right back up to her normal, happy, self with tons of energy. Please note: The best thing you can do for your pup is to comfort and pet your animal! If your animal starts to have these seizures, you will want to document them....dates, duration, any symptom changes, and videos. Once you get a couple of videos for your vet and records, then just make sure that you comfort and love your pet through the episode and after! Lexi has become very needy and affectionate during and after her seizures so I try to spoil her in love and treats when she experiences this. To date, we complete blood work to rule out her seizures affecting her internal organs every 2 years for my peace of mind. If her levels change, we will likely put her on the seizure medications. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
