Yorkie Twitching, spasms, and falling and leg is contorting

Starts to happen at 1 minute mark. Then continues at the 2 minute mark. Then she has a leg spasm at the 2:41 mark and again at 2:50 mark My 11 year old Yorkshire terrier woke up this morning twitching. She seems dizzy and threw up once. She didn't eat at all today. For the past few weeks she will lift her front leg up like she's in pain and fall or roll on her back and twist her whole body in different directions like she is in extreme pain. I took her to the vet and the vet said it could be her luxating patellas, but she didn't appear to be in pain. Suddenly today she is twitching and falling. I took her to the vet and they are doing blood work. The vet thinks it could be seizures. The blood work might show an infection or something going wrong with her kidneys. If her blood comes back normal, she would need an MRI to check for tumors... Here's the thing. She got a rabies shot maybe two/three months ago and had a huge bump where she got the got for over a month. It's gone now.. But I wonder if the rabies shot did something to her? Has anyone ever heard of a dog being permanently affected by a rabies shot months down the road? This video only shows a light episode. She sometimes will just fall and roll over. I'm so devastated. This dog is my entire life. My everything. Please pray for her. If you're dog has had a similar situation, please share... When I find out what's going on, I will update. I only found one other dog video online with a similar twitch and there didn't seem to be an outcome posted. UPDATE: $6000 later here is what i've learned. I'm waiting for her test results from her endoscopy surgery, but she has a calcium deficiency which can cause these tremors and seizures. This was found in her blood. The morning after this video she was so twitchy that i took her to the animal hospital. She had a full seizure the moment we got there. From her blood, the doctor ordered x-rays and an ultra sound. The x-rays looked fine, but the ultra sound showed something going on in the layering of her small intestine. This could possibly cause calcium to not absorb. She's in the hospital now because she has an endoscopy to look into her small intestine and to take a biopsy. The biopsy will take 5-7 days for me to get the results. They have given her calcium injections and so far she is doing better. UPDATE: It's been three weeks and the problem seems to had been solved. She is on prednisone to clear up whatever is going on in her small intestine and TUMS... Tums has calcium. She gets one Tums in the morning and one at night. She's on a strict diet and I've honestly never seen her better. For months I thought she was just getting old, but she was just getting sicker... Low calcium usually happens to dogs that are nursing. My vet said she has never seen it happen to a dog who hasn't given birth...
