30 Minute Ashtanga Yoga Flow To Calm Your Mind And Body

Join me for this short and sweet 30-minute Ashtanga yoga body workout. This could also be considered as a short form of Ahstanga yoga. We will be focusing on the ashtanga sun salutation sequence as well as the Ashtanga standing sequence. And so if you only have 30 minutes for your practice, then step on your mat and practice along with me :-) We'll be practicing a 30 Minute Ashtanga Yoga flow, with 5 ashtanga sun salutation A and 3 sun salutations B. From there we are going to move on to padangustasana and padahastasana, followed by Trikonasana A&B, Parsvakonasana A&B, Prasarita Padotanasana A, B, C D, Parsvottanasana, Uttita Hasta Padangustasana and then Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana..We then move on to wheel pose (Urhva Dhanurasana) and then we finish the practice with the 3 final postures: Baddha Padmasana, Padmasana, Utplutih, and then we rest in Savasana.
