Renovation Journey Japan is a video series documenting our experience of buying, renovating and improving a 96 year-old traditional Japanese house located on the Osumi Peninsula on Sakurajima Bay in Kagoshima, Japan. As we begin our journey, we will assess the condition of house providing needed repairs and incorporating modern and Western improvements to make the house more functional and comfortable. In our first episode we explore the house and catch up on much overdue garden work.
