#creamychickencurry #creamychicken #spicefeast Creamy Chicken Karahi | Creamy Chicken Recipe | Creamy Chicken Curry | Malai Chicken Karahi | Creamy Chicken Recipe | Creamy Boneless Chicken Recipe | Creamy Chicken Gravy | Mild Chicken Recipe | Creamy Chicken Curry | Balochi Chicken Karahi Recipe for Creamy Chicken Karahi Ingredients: Boneless Chicken (700 gms) Mix of thigh and breast pieces Tempering: Garlic (sliced) - 1 tablespoon (4-5 cloves) Green Chillies (cut into 2-inch pieces) - 8-10 Spice Powders: White Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes - 1.5 teaspoons Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon Other Ingredients: Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup Whisked Curd/Yogurt - 1 cup Whisked Fresh Cream - 1/3 cup Roasted & Crushed Kasuri Methi - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 tablespoon Oil - 1/3 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2-3 tablespoons Preparation: Process: Heating Oil and Tempering: Begin by heating 1/3 cup of oil in a large pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sliced garlic and sauté for approximately 2 minutes until it releases its aroma. Introduce the 700 grams of boneless chicken pieces to the pan. Sear the chicken on high heat for 2 minutes until it changes color. Adding Aromatics and Frying: Mix in 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 8-10 green chillies (cut into 2-inch pieces). Continue frying the mixture on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell is gone. Incorporating Spices: Add 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1.5 teaspoons of red chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 1 tablespoon of salt to the pan. Fry the spices on medium heat for another 2 minutes. Cooking with Tomato Puree: Pour in 1/2 cup of tomato puree and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adding Yogurt and Slow Cooking: Turn off the heat and add 1 cup of whisked curd/yogurt. Mix well. Turn the heat back on to low and cook for 2 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the chicken becomes tender. Final Touches: Remove the lid and add 1/3 cup of whisked fresh cream and 1 teaspoon of roasted and crushed kasuri methi. Simmer the curry for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnishing: Garnish with 2-3 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves and additional green chillies if desired.
