Day 21 VS Day 11 Comparison | Driving Mt Akina everyday until I learn how to drift properly |

Day 21 Progress : Day 11 VS Day 21 Timecode : 06:02 This is my first run of today and its not smooth at all :"D Thought to give a comparison of my last time I did uphill which was day 11, and today which Im revisiting uphill again for a change of pace! feels very different but the biggest difference is the speeds, during Day 11 it may seem like theres more successful drift but it was because I downshift and brake so much where Im ready to initiate a drift, while Day 21 today is different, where I combine my speed so far and perform a drift! Hopefully tomorrow after my 5 hours shift, I can get home and practice more, I need to practice heel to toe downshift ( i've been doing it wrong the whole time ) and also for handbrake, i just knew that I have to clutch while doing the handbrake. this was a big issue for me because my mindset goes like : right foot only for pedal, left foot for clutch and brake so i can do left foot braking but then if i go downhill, then i need to handbrake = i will put my left foot on the brake, the i have to use left foot to clutch and my left hand to handbrake, while my right hand focuses on steering, and thereeee my right foot is just on the air doing nothing because it was set to only do right foot for gas XDDDD so I find myself clutch handbrake without braking and I set the AE86 down to Disneyland!! Also, most of my drifts nowadays, I lose my connection with weight transfer, I just brake, then downshift during a corner to initiate a drift! I find this method natural somewhat but of course I'll keep practicing other types of drift too so I can master them all :D road to be like the drift king Keiichi Tatsuya himself ~ will take time to adjust to this and practice!! Todays video is longer to edit but its fun to watch these comparison to each other :D Thank you so much for the amount of comments and subscribes I get, to follow on my journey to learn this, one day we will try it on mount Akina for real~ I read every comments and taking all advices to thoughts and it motivates me to keep trying my best! I didnt expect I'd get this much support and subs ~ ==================================================== Hey everyone in this series, I'll be driving on Mt Akina everyday until I learn to do it smoothly, and eventually drift. I'll be posting my timelaps until I improve myself, and go to the real Mt Akina and properly drift there, and become a professional racer! Of course I'm not the real Takumi or roleplaying as him, but because I'm trying to learn the same way he did, so you can call me Takumi, for nickname! I'm new to sim racing, as its slippery for me compared to IRL all these videos are for my self improvement, so advices are welcomed! hoping one day I can race fellow racers too, make friends and race on these mountain pass :) Even if I don't upload everyday, I try to do a lap of Akina before I sleep! I work double shifts on 3 -4 days so I get tired when I get home but Im dedicated to learn how to drift! Apologies if my English isn't the best~ Setup : Logitech G293 + H shifter manual, Ebay handbrake ;-; let me know where I can improve, downshifting, upshifting etc!~ Timestamps : 00:00 Day 21 progress 06:02 Day 11 vs Day 21 Progress 10:57 Ending!
