Truckee River Raft Day - Employee Appreciation

Every month of the summer we show our loving appreciation to our employees by selecting an employee of the month, giving that individual praise and a bonus, and doing something fun together as a full team. We often work in separate teams of workers to accomplish multiple jobs at the same time but getting together as a collective unit is very important to us. This time we gathered together for lunch on a hot summer day, and then floated to Truckee River on rubber tubes. We had trucks waiting at the put-out spot and everyone had a super fun time!
