I found this baby doll in the trash and tried to restore and give it a new life, the cleaning process was hard, I used water, soap water, ethyl alcohol and toothpaste to get rid of all the dirt and germs, but the pen ink stayed the same even after tried all, as I'm planning to give it to kids I have to make it very clean. The second step is to create a clothing style, as I never did this, and I don't even remember what was the original dress the doll had, so I dug in the old clothes bag at my house and got some inspirations, luckily I have a sewing machine that about 26-year-old, I found some nice red lined and blue clothes and tried to make a combination from it. The hair was another very difficult part, I could give the same hair colour for it, but as we all have black hair here, I thought is more prominent to try black hair, this way the kids feel more comfortable with the doll. The eyes used to shut automatically when it lays down, but somehow it was damaged and eyebrows were upside down, making the doll look very weird, so I fixed it with permanent glue. I know it's not a perfect job I did, but as a first restoration this really made me proud and the Kids are really happy to see the thrown away doll came back to life.
