Preparations in full swing ahead of PM Modi's Bihar visit

Saharsa/ Arrah, Aug 18 (ANI): Preparations are on in Saharsa and Arrah districts of Bihar where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a rally on Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the people of Bihar after his scintillating speech at Dubai Cricket stadium in UAE in the presence of a whooping over 30,000 non-resident Indians yesterday. The stage is set for the prime minister to address the rally with life size posters of him and full security in place. Security personnel along with snipers are leaving no stone unturned to ensure safety measures. PM Modi is likely to announce a special package of more than Rs 50,000 crore for Bihar today during his visit to the poll-bound state. As per the schedule, Modi will arrive in Patna at around 9:30 am. From here, the Prime Minister will go to Arrah where he will address a public rally at 11:30 am. Before this, Modi will lay the foundation stone of a four-lane road connecting Patna and Buxar in Arrah, the district headquarters of Bhojpur, about 60 km from Patna.
