Stuffed Lifafa Crepes Recipe in English: Ingredients: Chicken Stuffing: -Oil 2 tbs -Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs Crepes: -Pani (Water) ¾ Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Oil Assembling: -Crepe -Cheese slice -Chicken filling -Oil Directions: For Chicken Stuffing: -In frying pan,add oil,chicken mince and mix well until changes color. -Add garlic,red chili powder,garam masala powder,salt,onion and mix well for 2 minutes. -Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add green chilies,fresh coriander and mix well. -Add lemon juice,mix well & set aside. For Crepes: -In grinder,add water,milk,eggs,butter,all-purpose flour,salt and blend until combined. -Brush frying pan with oil,pour 1/3 Cup of prepared batter and cook on low flame from both sides. Assembling: -Turn off the flame,on prepared crepe,add cheese slice,chicken filling and fold all four sides carefully. -Turn on the flame,apply oil and fry from both sides until golden brown. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Chicken Stuffing: -Oil 2 tbs -Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbs Crepes: -Pani (Water) ¾ Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 2 -Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Oil Assembling: -Crepe -Cheese slice -Chicken filling -Oil Directions: For Chicken Stuffing: -Frying pan mein oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Lehsan,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,namak aur pyaz dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Dhak dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein. -Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein. For Crepes: -Grinder mein pani,doodh,anday,makhan,maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein. -Frying pan ko oil sa brush karein aur 1/3 Cup tayyar batter ko pour ker ka halki ancch per dono sides sa paka lein. Assembling: -Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar crepe per cheese slice aur chicken filling rakh ker charon sides ko carefully fold ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur oil laga ker dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
