This 30-day Core Challenge is designed specifically for busy moms, focusing on quick, effective exercises that can be done at home. Each day includes a short workout and tips to help you stay motivated and engaged. Join me in a Beginner Friendly Core Workout Focusing on Single Leg Raises for lower abs and Russian Twists for obliques. We'll start out with a 2 minute warm up before we jump into our exercises. 7 core exercises will be performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest in between. Last remaining few minutes will be a cool down and stretch. Option to use pilates exercise ball or playground ball for extra support for the low back. Feel free to modify any exercise while you are still building strength. Grab a mat and let's get started!
