The decision to delimit it was taken in the inter-war years. It is here that we meet Leszek Górecki (Krzysztof Stroiński), the main character of the series. Leszek arrives in Łódź on his new WSK motorbike - the dream vehicle of many boys in the communist era. In the background, you can see the symbols of that era - FSO cars: Warszawa and Syrena, as well as Tuwima street, where trams still ran at the time. The reason for his arrival is a meeting with his beloved Ania (Irena Szewczyk), a biology student at the University of Łódź.
