Ingredients for Dhuska Rice (Dosa and Idli Rice preferred or Normal rice) - 1 Cup Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas) - 1/2 Cup Urad Dal (Black Gram) - 1/4 Cup Spices Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida Powder) - 1/3 tsp Chilli Flakes or Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Eno as required Salt as per taste Oil for frying Ingredients for Aloo Tamatar ki Subji (Potato and Tomato Vegetable Gravy) Potato medium size - 5 to 6 Tomato medium size - 3 Onion medium size - 1 Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Garlic cloves - 4 to 5 Dry Spices for Tadka Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp (Methi) Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp Dry Red Chilli - 2 nos Hing ( Asafoetida Powder) - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - 8 to 10 Green Chilli - 2 nos Spices Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (Everest) - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder (Any) - 1/2 tsp Oil Salt as per taste Do let me know in the comment box regarding the recipe.
