Former BBC royal correspondent Michael Cole says it is “very rare” for a member of the Royal Family to be in court as Prince Harry testifies in his privacy trial. The Duke of Sussex is suing Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail, over allegations his phone was hacked and private investigators were hired to breach his privacy over a series of years. Mr Cole said Associated Newspapers will defend itself “vigorously”. “It’s going to be a real slugging match, it’s going to be a ‘drag-them out’ court case,” he told Sky News host Paul Murray. “It’s going to be very, very uncomfortable for Prince Harry.”
