2015 Chevrolet Camaro Radio power issues

( phone mounted on my chest...)It’s hard to do a diagnostic Video while the car is an operation. But here you GMC, as requested: This radio issue that’s been going on since before Thanksgiving. Over $1000, battery + rental—hopefully someone can help. The radio plays for a little while and the screen flickers on and off. Sometimes, it reads “Check XM Tuner” along with the a/c controls and On-Star audio. GMC of Gainesville replaced the radio control and now the speakers sound distorted but it’s still flickering. Any ideas??? My service plan covers all of the repairs, but what’s wrong???? I’ve paid for a diagnostic fee, new battery, and the alternator checked out fine. Please let me know if anyone can help
