[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] 3 Ingredient White Chocolate. Do you have cocoa butter that you don’t know what to do with? This might be the recipe for you! Bare in mind that whilst it has the white chocolate taste, it will be slightly gritty as we aren’t using a commercial wet grinder that makes commercial chocolate so smooth! | The Recipe | INGREDIENTS: 40g (1.5oz) Cocoa Butter, chopped into small pieces - you can also use Cacao Butter! 4 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder 2 tbsp Powdered Sweetener (I used Erythritol) METHOD: 1. Place a medium heat-proof bowl over a small pan of simmering water. 2. Add the cocoa butter to the bowl and stir often (with a metal or plastic spoon) whilst it melts, to ensure even melting. 3. Once melted, add the powdered sweetener and stir well to dissolve it. 4. Once dissolved, add the milk powder and keep stirring until the mixture has become more solid/thick and creamy in colour. 5. Place the melted white chocolate in a blender/food processor and blend to make the mixture as smooth and creamy as possible - it will still be somewhat grainy due to not using a specific chocolate machine. 6. Transfer the white chocolate to a mould of your choice and chill in the fridge until set (approx 30 minutes). Break into 8 and enjoy!
