Thank you for watching this video as I show you how to make a curved petal for flower style wreaths! This petal may also be known as the Starflower petal and makes a beautiful flower! It also does a great job at hiding cut edges. Please watch one of my full length tutorials for instructions about petal placement, supplies and more! This is not a “stand alone” wreath tutorial - it is simply to show how to make the petal. You may be interested in my entire Petals playlist:    • Petals   A few notes: - I used poly burlap, but you can use deco mesh or fabric mesh also. - I used a wood burning tool to cut my 10x10" squares. Make sure you have a square...for example if your mesh is 10.5" wide then you need to cut it at 10.5" long. - You can find small rubber bands in the hair section at the dollar store.
