Lensky's aria from Eugene Onegin "kuda vy udalilis" sung in Italian. from a live concert in Chicago. cir 1963 Sorry the sound quality isn't very good. As far as I know he never recorded this in a studio so this is kinda Rare. Selections from this broadcast are not presented as a definitive record of Mr. Di Stefanos art. This was a broadcast from late in his career when his voice was somewhat past its prime. I present this only as a record of one of his later concerts. I agree that it is certainly not his best singing. However we can still hear something of his style and there are moments when it is still quite moving and there is quite an impressive use of dynamics. What cannot be captured on these or any recording is Di Stefanos great Presence on stage and his immediate and sometimes intimate report with an audience.
