Cranial nerve testing interspliced with sensory and/or motor nerves, interoception, autonomic function, and coordination make up the bulk of this examination (but there are of course more tests than that :D). Many of the triggers have a 'randomized' pattern, so it's not just 1, 2, 3 for every sound/test. I tried to make a lot of the tests feel a little more fresh in that regard, without set patterns and even the finger wiggle test with false movement.
