Voron 2.4 Built from a Hypercube Evolution 3030 frame kit

Back story.... My Iframe 3D printer was aesthetically pleasing but sadly did not have a good consistent print quality. The Iframe was based on a HEVO 300 frame kit using 3030 extrusions. Into recycling parts and my Mongrelware in general, I decided to put the frame and other parts of the Iframe build to better use by building a Voron 2.4. With regards the motion system there was surprisingly little to modify to suit the 3030 profiles. The Z axis needed 12 mm linear rails rather than the Voron standard 9 mm to fit. The top tensioner, an offset z joint to allow for the difference in the rails and extending the Z motor mount to suit. The majority of changes were with 3030 mounting issues and mostly panel fixings. Due to the HEVO frame size I am probably about 10 mm down on the Y & Z axis, but X is good to go @ 300 mm. I reused the 5" Klipper Screen from the Iframe and created a customised theme which was pretty easy and based on this theme on the git with some images and colour palette tweaks: https://github.com/VzBoT3D/VzBoT-Vz33... So, most of the credit to them for that. Building the Voron 2.4 from scratch with design mods is not for the fainted hearted! This took a lot of printing & build time with some failures along the way. With some of the additional parts I did indulge in good quality parts like the Keenovo Heat pad and Graviflex magnetic plate. I did find this build plate & motion kit from PrintyPlease UK particularly good value (no affiliation). https://www.printyplease.uk/VoronPrin... https://www.printyplease.uk/VoronPrin... I did purchase a Linneo wire harness for this from Onetwo3d at the grand price of £125. I thought this would speed up the build. Due to the fact that these harnesses can vary to the stock Voron builds and Linneo do not even supply a simple wiring diagram for said £125 I found this probably confused me more and extended the build time (I love the mechanical design but hate the wiring, so probably biased). I must say for that type of money I really do not think I should not have to spend hours upon hours searching a Discord for answers. Perhaps less fancy packaging and more suitable & up to date documentation is the order of the day. I prefer a glass bed so for now I have ended up sticking some magnetic film to the bottom of a Creality CR10 4mm glass bed to test. Seems to work fine so far. This is work in progress CAD files, I will try and upload a BOM + STLs soon: https://www.printables.com/model/5297...
