I have struggled my entire life with vocal pain, vocal strain, and illness that used to render my body and my voice useless. After years of study, consulting with ENT specialists, and sessions with speech therapists, I have learned what works for me in order to keep my voice healthy and tension free. I have also learned a few things that had been doing in the past that were actually hurting me rather than helping me. Hopefully you can learn from my past mistakes to help you maintain your voice to help you sing for a lifetime.
