Our 15.000 m2 production facilities and 1.600m2 offices are the central hub for designing and manufacturing our elevator systems. All our complete lift solutions are certified for their high quality, safety and are suitable for any type of building, whether it is a new installation or renovation. More specifically, we produce traction elevators machine roomless (MRL) or with machine room (MR), hydraulic elevators, lift cabins and doors, metallic shafts, car lifts, dumbwaiters and escalators. Everything starts in our machinery department. We enhance the talents of our expert engineers through equipment from top-notch leaders in sheet metal treatment like TRUMPF and Salvagnini. This state-of-art equipment allows our engineers to design and execute parts of our elevators with maximum accuracy and capacity. For example, Salvagnini complete manufacturing system offers a 35 meters long fully automated, computer-guided production line with 66 different punching tools and countless designing capabilities. Investing in our own Machine Shop, gives us the flexibility to produce every single part we need in-house. 9 CNC digitally programmed and 100% automatically controlled machines operate here. All finished and inspected parts move to our Powder Coating Department with the biggest powder coating painting machine among elevator companies in Europe. A 300m fully automated painting chain ensures the maximum painting quality and resistance combined with a great flexibility in changing colors.
