In this week’s video, we do a sort of “behind the scenes” look at the truck camper renovations as I order, receive, and unbox a replacement RV fridge for my camper. It was a nerve wracking process honestly, but I’m so glad we’re here now! Let’s test out the new fridge and see how it works with my camper electrical system (Pecron E1500 Pro). As a solo female camper and hiker (with my dog Ellis), I thrive in nature whether we are exploring a new trail or just sipping coffee by the campfire. I have a traveled to many beautiful places over the last few years, and I have loved every second of it. We have tried out a couple different rigs in that time, including a pull-behind travel trailer and even a no-build, self-converted van. Neither of those rigs felt just right, so I went on the hunt for our perfect adventure home. Enter our truck camper! The camper is a 2003 Lance 815, and I know it is going to take us some spectacular places!
