Join us as we explore the North Rim of the Grand Canyon using BLM Land & National Forest to camp on. We find some amazing spots while racing LAND Moto Scrambler Electric Motorcycles through the desert. This is our first glance at Arizona let alone camping in the desert. We are taken back by the expanses of the Grand Canyon area. It’s truly hard to describe. We are joined by Jackie an experienced electric motorcycle rider and Shane an avid ADV rider, adventurer & head honcho over at LAND Moto. We stay out of the National Park and find some amazing off the beaten path camping spots. One of which leads us to the best camp spot we have ever been too. Half way through the trip we go solo and do 85 miles of arid desert trail riding to get in and out of BLM backcountry. On this trip we have a Jeep gladiator with XVenture XV-3 overland trailer, Sprinter Van and a few LAND Moto Scramblers. Arizona overlanding is on another level. The expanses of the Kaibab National Forest is hard to visually comprehend. We also made a visit to the amazing Cliff Dwellers breakfast spot... Twice! If you take the route we did definitely stop at Marble Canyon to see the condors. Traveling the North Rim you go from deserts at 3,413 ft of elevation to 8,900 ft with giant pine forest.
