Our Steel Boat Building Project - A Tour and Timelapse of Construction

Thought we'd give you all a quick tour of the boat so far and throw together some timelapse clips that we've taken over the last 10 months. We'll be making more videos about the various stages of this build. The boat we're building is a Bruce Roberts Voyager 388, made from a steel kit that was plasma cut in Holland. (We're publishing a video about the kit and the day it arrived soon!) If you hadn't guessed from the name we plan to build her as a junk rig. We're complete amateurs so don't expect any expert tips, but we'll share what we've learned :) We are based in Kent (UK), about an hour south of London, in an agricultural shed for the moment but will be moving to a boatyard soon. / svhunkofjunk / sailinghunkofjunk
