He was hired as the writer for the Rebound Report, a newsletter about failing stocks that expected to bounce back. While working for Porter Stansberry, Rey found a deep interest in secret societies, mainly, the free masons. In May of 2006 Rey Rivera went missing after getting a mysterious phone call and ended up falling through the roof of the Belvedere Hotel in Baltimore.
