There is no secret formula for success and throughout her journey conformity had lead to a lack of motivation and creativity so Shivani is here to share why she believes conforming is killing your creativity. Shivani is the Founder of the podcast "A Millennial Mind", which ranks in the top 1.5% globally, as well as the productivity platform "My Performance Planner". A Warwick Business School graduate, Shivani has more recently coached and mentored leaders with specific tools and practices to increase their employee engagement, staff retention, and overall team performance and productivity.
