With "Bonfire (A Rest)" hailing as my final Dark Souls song, it felt appropriate to pay tribute to the serene melancholy of gathering around a flame and resting while bumping into other travelers of the same need. Somewhere along the way, it turned into a ballad of friendship and comradery, much like an end-of-the-year holiday gathering among old acquaintances. I suppose this is about as seasonal as a Dark Souls song could be! I've even gone and edited in a little extra holiday cheer. Thank you all for being here with me on my journey through these transitory lands.
