Keeping it fresh and new keeps us motivated to the sport we love. This week Jon ran some classes on Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures for Dean and Nora. Which reminded Dean of being back in a math class at school (Dean hated math class). They're almost ready now for their first decompression dives. Shall we try the Troll for that? Its been about 6 weeks since she got stung by a Lionfish. We went diving on Tuesday to the south side of the island, where Nora hunted at Pagoda's Garden. We're happy to say, everything went well. Better still, she shows you all how to make her (in)famous Chilean Lionfish Ceviche. OMG that has a taste to die for!
